In the 21st century, many children can use Internet. Shockingly, some of them are yet to learn reading. However, judging the statistics, it seems that literacy is hardly a criterion for using the Internet.
This is proved by a study published in Healthland. The study reveals that even kids under the age of 6 are exploring Internet regularly.
